Platform Forward Group is a modernization shop. We inventory legacy estates, plan the work, and do the parts you want done by outside hands: monolith decomposition, cloud moves, legacy .NET.

The name is the job description, read left to right: take the platform, move it forward. Keep it standing, change it anyway. If that sounds unglamorous, good. Modernization done well is mostly bracing, sequencing and paperwork, and we would rather be plain about it than poetic.

The rules we work by

1. Inventory before opinions. Nobody gets a recommendation until we know what actually runs.
2. Fixed scope, fixed fee, in writing, every engagement.
3. "Leave it alone on purpose" is a valid roadmap entry, and we use it.
4. The roadmap is written so your team can run it without us.
5. No reseller margins, no referral fees, no partner tiers with cloud vendors.
